Creativity and Spirituality go hand in hand in the way both optimize/maximize our immersion in the here & now, our transcendence of stress and anxiety, the dissolution of any limitation of expression through our curiosity; our ability to play, deconstruct, experiment, explore, learn, love; tapping into a higher frequency.

That said, this post is an intentional exploration and reflection about the practices and realizations that empower an expansion in awareness. I hope this shares inspiration with you.

Tapping into a Creative State

First of all, for us, Creativity is -natural re-organization-.
By “natural” we refer to the infinite cause-effect of the universe, and by “re-organization” we point to the way our brains build up stimulating ideas from the decoded references that surround it.

Now, in order to optimize this creative state, one ought to immerse in presence throughout the activity (accessing the flow state). To fully liberate expression in order to aid/intensify the experience and bring out more from one’s current foundations (skill, knowledge, resources, etc.). To grow the state of relaxation through the breath. To open up the space of inner and outer flow.

The consequent sense of wonder creates a deeper creative process due to the way it interacts with our capacity to be aware and appreciate (& love) in detail whatever is in our field of attention.

Through that state of healing awareness, we invite you to reflect the coming set of reflections and exercises and implement whatever comes from the perceived experience.
